As an Electrical Site Manager, you will lead the installation of large-scale energy storage systems from initial site setup to final completion. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring rigorous quality control, and managing project handovers in collaboration with commissioning and project management teams. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in site management with a focus on plant construction
- Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
- Experience in creating hazard assessments and HSE documentation
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing technical handovers
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 business days per week). Authorization for medium-voltage switching is preferred. Valid driver's license required for company car usage.
