As a Technical Service Manager at SAP, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their SAP S/4HANA cloud transformation journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing customer business requirements, acting as a trusted technical advisor, and identifying solutions and services from the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio that deliver significant value. You'll provide expert guidance on S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and operational planning, while also driving technology discussions and serving as an escalation point for technical issues. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in SAP technology consulting, deep knowledge of S/4HANA, and excellent communication skills, who is passionate about maximizing customer success and optimizing SAP landscapes.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer facing roles within SAP Technology Consulting
  • Comprehensive knowledge on S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools, SAP HANA
  • Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies
  • Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions
  • Expertise on SAP Technologies and Products with solid know-how on hyperscalers
