This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Chemical Technical Assistant or Laboratory Technician to join a dynamic team within the chemical and coatings industry. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining existing paint systems to meet specific customer requirements. You will play a key role in cross-departmental projects, supporting product launches and providing technical advice to clients. Your technical expertise will be essential in developing new paint qualities, selecting raw materials through supplier discussions, and refining formulations to improve both economic efficiency and application performance. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as a Paint Laboratory Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician, Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), or Painter/Varnisher.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Paint Technician, or Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA)
- Experience in the optimization and maintenance of paint or coating systems
- Experience in cross-departmental project work and product implementation
- Experience in technical customer advisory and application technology

- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Early, Late, Night) at 39 hours per week. Must be able to commute to the facility or meet at flexible locations for interviews.
