As a Network Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of connectivity solutions for medical systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification; Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or Linux (LPI) certifications are preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in administration of Windows and Linux (Debian) systems with a focus on networking and security
- Practical experience in remote customer support using SRS
- Demonstrated experience in protocol analysis and network troubleshooting techniques
- Experience working within ITIL-based end-customer support frameworks
- Experience with Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or Linux (LPI) environments
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift model (24/7 support) and participate in on-call rotations is required. Knowledge of GDPR/DSGVO regulations in an IT support context is essential.
