Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification; Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or Linux (LPI) certifications are preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administration of Windows and Linux (Debian) systems with a focus on networking and security
  • Practical experience in remote customer support using SRS
  • Demonstrated experience in protocol analysis and network troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience working within ITIL-based end-customer support frameworks
