Job Summary

As an ITIL Expert at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the continuous analysis and optimization of ITIL processes to ensure high-quality IT service delivery. Your day-to-day activities will involve advising internal teams and clients on ITIL best practices, ensuring compliance with established standards across various projects, and creating comprehensive process documentation and reports. You will act as a bridge between IT architects, the service desk, and specialist departments to enhance overall service quality. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification; ITIL Certification (minimum Foundation, ideally ITIL 4 Managing Professional)

Experience

  • Proven experience in the practical application of ITIL processes
  • Professional experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management
