Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the precise measurement of stamped and plastic parts, as well as test gauges. Your daily activities involve developing measurement strategies and clamping concepts, as well as creating both tactile and optical measurement programs for series production and project phases. You will play a critical role in quality assurance by analyzing and documenting measurement results, conducting capability studies, and coordinating the management, monitoring, and calibration of testing equipment. Beyond technical tasks, you will support complaint management, optimize inspection processes, and train production workers on metrological topics.
