Job Summary
This role is central to the technical operations of LSW, a regional energy provider serving approximately 200,000 households. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous development of Smallworld GIS and Lovion software suites. Your work involves overseeing technical modules for electricity, gas, water, and heating networks, managing data synchronization via Integration Manager Mobile, and ensuring seamless interface performance. You will act as the primary technical contact for system upgrades, license management, and user support, while collaborating with service providers for complex troubleshooting. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of data management and process optimization. Required Skills
Education
Certified Technician (Techniker) or an equivalent technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience within the energy supply or utility sector
- Proven experience in technical line and network documentation (surveying and documentation)
- Practical experience with GIS software, specifically Smallworld and Lovion
- Experience in managing IT interfaces and data synchronization processes
- Experience with database management systems is preferred
