Job Summary
This role serves as a strategic staff position directly supporting the Mayor of Bad Waldsee. You will be responsible for the management and administration of city investments, including the preparation of comprehensive investment reports. A core focus of the position is the establishment and development of a controlling system for the city administration, municipal utilities, and municipal companies. Additionally, you will handle special projects and tasks assigned by the Mayor's office. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in public management or business administration who enjoys a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, Diploma in Public Administration (FH), Diploma in Business Administration, or a comparable qualification qualifying for high-level non-technical administrative service.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or controlling is desired but not mandatory
- Experience in municipal budgeting and commercial accounting practices
- Proven ability in independent and structured project work
- Experience in drafting official reports and professional correspondence
