Job Summary
As an IT Vocational Instructor in Hofheim, you will play a critical role in supporting apprentices through their professional journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing and delivering specialized IT lessons to small groups of 5 to 8 participants, ensuring they grasp fundamental technical concepts. Beyond instruction, you will document educational progress and provide constructive feedback on the behavioral and professional development of your students. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring young adults and working in a diverse, interdisciplinary environment. What makes this position unique is its flexible freelance (fee-based) structure, requiring a commitment of just three teaching hours once per week, typically in the late afternoon or early evening. It offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to independently shape your teaching approach while receiving professional support from a dedicated project coordinator.
Required Skills
Education
Recognized professional qualification or university degree in an IT-related field, plus a basic pedagogical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in instructing or guiding apprentices
- Experience working with youth and young adults in group settings
- Experience in the IT professional field
- Proven track record of independent work organization

- Must be available for on-site instruction in Hofheim once per week for 3 hours (usually late afternoon/early evening). Position is on a freelance/honorarium basis.
