Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance and support of a hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for employees and departments. Your daily tasks involve managing support tickets, performing error analysis, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network components. You will play a key role in administering Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Google Workspace, while also monitoring security and backup solutions. Beyond day-to-day support, you will actively contribute to IT projects such as audits and the implementation of new systems. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys process optimization and collaborative problem-solving. The role offers a permanent contract and the opportunity to work with modern cloud services and collaboration tools in an international environment, coordinating closely with various company locations.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support
  • Practical experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience in license management and using ticket systems
  • Professional experience with basic network technologies
  • Experience in administering cloud applications and Google Workspace is preferred
