As a Property Maintenance Technician for MYNE Homes, you will play a critical role in managing high-end vacation properties in the Lake Como or Lake Garda regions of Italy. Your daily responsibilities involve a mix of technical management and hands-on craftsmanship, where you will coordinate external service providers for large-scale repairs while personally executing smaller maintenance tasks. You will act as the technical guardian of the real estate portfolio, ensuring all properties meet the high standards expected by co-owners. Experience

- Proven track record of performing hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks
- Experience coordinating and supervising external service providers and contractors
