This part-time role based in Berlin involves the administration and optimization of school management software for a diverse educational network including daycares, primary schools, and vocational colleges. As a member of the IT department, you will act as the technical bridge between educational facilities and the central administration. Your daily responsibilities include managing software extensions, developing and monitoring system interfaces, and identifying opportunities for process optimization within school secretariats. You will play a crucial role in user support, conducting training sessions in German, and creating instructional materials. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in process optimization and workflow improvement
  • Experience in conducting user training and creating documentation in German
  • Practical knowledge of SQL at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Experience with school management systems (e.g., ATLANTIS, Untis, or dBildungscloud) is highly desirable
