Senior Scientist - AI/ML Antibody Modeling | Biologist (m/w/d)
BioCopy GmbH
Job Summary
As a Senior Scientist at BioCopy, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering next-generation TCRm antibody therapeutics. You will be responsible for developing and applying cutting-edge deep learning and generative AI methods for antibody sequence and structure design. Your day-to-day will involve building protein language model-based pipelines for binding prediction and specificity optimization, as well as implementing structure-based tools for antibody-pHLA modeling. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with antibody engineers and biology experts to translate computational predictions into wet-lab experiments. What makes this position unique is the opportunity to shape a young, ambitious AI program from the ground up, working with internal high-throughput datasets in a low-bureaucracy environment. You will have a direct impact on the company's AI roadmap while benefiting from a competitive compensation package and a modern workspace in the Freiburg region.
