Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist within the Service Desk team at ELE Group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers across commercial and technical departments. Your daily responsibilities include managing first and second-level support requests via telephone, email, and remote tools, ensuring that hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently. You will be responsible for documenting and monitoring incidents within a ticketing system, configuring PCs and mobile devices, and performing on-site maintenance and repairs. This role is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys troubleshooting within a Microsoft-centric environment. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digitalization of the energy sector while benefiting from a structured collective agreement, including a 38-hour work week, hybrid working options, and 13 monthly salaries. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for two years based in Bottrop.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Integration Specialist (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Integration Specialist or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an IT Service Desk or support environment is preferred
- Professional experience working with Microsoft technologies
- Experience in customer service and clear professional communication
