As an MEP Engineer or Specialist at Energie Direkt GmbH, a subsidiary of the Sahle Wohnen Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of heating and energy systems across a portfolio of approximately 23,000 apartments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing technical faults, optimizing HVAC systems, and preparing technical reports to support decision-making. You will be actively involved in modernization and decarbonization projects, contributing to the company's long-term sustainability strategy. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training as a Master Tradesperson or Technician in HVAC/Building Technology, or a university degree in Building Services Engineering / Supply Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in HVAC, building technology, or energy technology
- Experience in the analysis and troubleshooting of heating and energy systems
- Experience in preparing technical reports and evaluations
- Experience working with relevant legal regulations and technical standards (e.g., GEG, DIN)
