Job Summary
As an MEP Engineer specializing in HVAC and industrial projects, you will lead multidisciplinary building services projects from initiation through to completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the planning, coordination, and supervision of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems specifically for industrial environments. You will serve as the central technical interface, coordinating with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure all technical concepts and layouts are optimized for performance. The role includes performing critical calculations for air volume and heating/cooling loads, conducting site inspections, and managing technical documentation and commissioning phases. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Supply Engineering, Energy/Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in MEP projects within an industrial environment
- Proven track record in planning, coordination, and monitoring of HVAC and sanitary trades
- Experience in technical calculation (e.g., air volume, heating/cooling loads) and system selection
- Experience in site inspections, progress monitoring, and technical acceptance procedures
