Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading software projects
  • Professional experience as a (multi) project manager in software development or a comparable role
  • Proven experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or classic project management (PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Strong technical background and understanding of agile software development processes
  • Experience in military communication or the defense industry is a plus
