This role involves shaping professional growth and organizational change within the District Office of Tübingen. As a key member of the Personnel and Organization department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of employee development, including the planning, organization, and evaluation of training programs via the digital 'TüCampus' portal. You will act as a strategic partner for approximately 80 managers and junior staff, coordinating both in-house and external seminars. Beyond traditional training, the position covers Occupational Health Management (BGM), Occupational Reintegration Management (BEM), and workplace safety initiatives. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, Diploma in Administrative Management (FH), or a comparable qualification with relevant administrative experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration is required.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in personnel development and continuing education management.
  • Experience in Occupational Health Management (BGM), Reintegration (BEM), and occupational safety is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in conceptual work and interacting with diverse target groups across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and project management is preferred.
