Job Summary

This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to project managers in the preparation, planning, and execution of maintenance operations for HVDC and FACTS power systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage project documentation via SharePoint, organize customer meetings, and handle the administrative side of maintenance campaigns, including the creation of work orders and labor plans. A key part of the position involves quality assurance, where you will analyze findings from maintenance reports and coordinate material and personnel requirements. The role offers a unique blend of office-based coordination and field-based activity, with approximately 10–20% planned travel within Germany for on-site documentation.
