Job Summary
This role involves training and mentoring disadvantaged youth and young adults to prepare them for professional life in the Metal and Electrical (M+E) sectors. Based in Essen or Herne, you will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical instruction across various learning modules. Your day-to-day tasks include imparting job-related skills, implementing innovative knowledge transfer methods, and supervising apprentices and students. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will have the creative freedom to introduce your own ideas into the curriculum. Experience

- Pedagogical aptitude required, specifically an Instructor Aptitude Certification (AEVO) or Train-the-Trainer qualification
- Ideal candidates possess previous professional experience in a comparable teaching or training role
- Experience in structured working environments and openness to innovative educational topics
