Job Summary
As a Senior Virtualization Engineer at KUHN IT GmbH, you will be the primary expert responsible for the stable and high-performance operation of the company's virtualization platforms. Your daily responsibilities involve the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Hyper-V environments, ranging from standalone setups to complex clusters. You will manage virtual machines, vSwitches, and Live Migrations while overseeing Failover Clusters and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D). A significant portion of the role focuses on network and storage integration, including iSCSI and Fibre Channel connectivity, as well as implementing backup solutions like Veeam. This position is ideal for a technical specialist who enjoys deep-dive troubleshooting and performance analysis.
