Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer in the C4ISR division, you will be responsible for the analysis, specification, and verification of reconnaissance, sensor, and communication subsystems for tactical vehicles. Your daily activities involve working at both the system and subsystem levels to analyze stakeholder requirements for selecting and integrating sensor systems, radio technologies, and on-board communication architectures. You will create detailed system specifications and interface documentation while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical implementation. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in systems engineering and requirements management for mechatronic products
  • Experience in creating system specifications and technical documentation
  • Practical knowledge of modern wireless communication systems and IT components
  • Experience with military or automotive standards is preferred
  • Proven experience in stakeholder requirement analysis and cross-departmental coordination
