Job Summary
As the Maintenance Manager at MOLYMET Germany, you will take on a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational technical availability of high-precision production facilities. You will lead and develop a dedicated maintenance team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Your day-to-day involves planning and overseeing both preventive and corrective maintenance measures to minimize downtime while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality (QM systems), and legal inspection standards. Beyond technical oversight, you will manage external service providers, coordinate closely with production departments, and handle budget planning. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a 'hands-on' mentality who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and driving continuous improvement. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) in Metal or Electrical engineering; Instructor qualification (Ausbildungsberechtigung) is preferred.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management position
- Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
- Proven experience in the repair and optimization of production plants
- Experience with maintenance management systems and regulatory standards
