Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of 7 professionals focused on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data analysis within a utility company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing concepts and preparing projects for the optimal use of GIS, organizing data exchange with external authorities, and overseeing departmental tasks in coordination with network operators and partners. Key responsibilities also include expanding, maintaining, and quality controlling digital base maps, as well as commissioning and integrating network surveys into the GIS. The position requires strong leadership skills, a deep technical understanding of utility networks, and experience with GIS and CAD systems to ensure efficient and accurate data management for essential services.
