Job Summary

This role involves operating and managing sophisticated pharmaceutical production and packaging machinery for a well-known manufacturer in Regensburg. As a Technical Line Expert, you will be responsible for the continuous operation of the plant, performing in-process controls, and maintaining detailed batch documentation according to strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Beyond basic operation, you will lead the on-site team, facilitate knowledge transfer, and perform independent repairs, maintenance, and process optimizations (CIP). You will collaborate closely with Pharmaceutical Engineering and Continuous Improvement departments to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize downtime.
