Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of currency by working on the 'Retail Digital Euro' within a cross-national team of central banks. As a U2A (User to Application) Developer, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of application functionalities, handling everything from object-oriented analysis and design to interface conception. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent knowledge from at least three years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development
- Professional experience with at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience in developing frontend or backend applications and their integration
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in planning and automating software tests
- Experience working with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Experience in intercultural collaboration and teamwork

- Location: Frankfurt am Main. Remote work possible up to 60% within Germany. Standard 39-hour work week. Position is permanent (unbefristet) and offers the possibility of civil servant status (Verbeamtung).
