This role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of an 8-person service team for a regional energy and infrastructure provider in Magdeburg. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth technical service operations within the urban area, focusing on maintenance, testing, repair, and fault clearance. Your daily activities will include planning service orders, managing resources, and ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety and technical standards. You will act as a key coordinator between network operations, technical departments, and external service providers. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in process development and service concept optimization
