Job Summary

As an Automation Technology Vocational Trainer at Rhein-Erft Akademie, you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of technical talent within the Knapsack Chemical Park. Your day-to-day role involves planning and delivering both theoretical and practical training modules using modern pedagogical concepts. You will manage a specific section of the training workshop, oversee the educational progress of apprentices, and maintain close communication with client companies. Beyond instruction, you will develop training materials, conduct quality assurance measures via Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP), and represent the academy in external committees such as IHK examination boards.
