This role involves the proactive monitoring and maintenance of printing software solutions for a well-established, family-owned technical service provider. Based in Offenbach am Main, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of client-installed systems, analyzing logs, and performing regular system updates. As a key member of the service team, you will handle first and second-level support, identifying and documenting technical issues while ensuring system stability. The position is unique for its flexibility, offering both full-time and part-time options with structured working hours and a strong focus on professional development. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist / Fachinformatiker) or comparable practical experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or software maintenance
- Practical experience with software architectures and system care
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing system logs and status information
- Experience in customer-oriented service environments
- Experience with network basics and monitoring tools is preferred
