As a Team Lead for Sample Receipt and Logistics at IDEXX, you will play a pivotal role in one of the world's largest veterinary diagnostic companies. Based in a state-of-the-art laboratory in Kornwestheim near Stuttgart, you will manage a team of approximately 15 employees, ensuring the seamless flow of samples from arrival through registration and preparation for analysis. Your daily responsibilities involve a blend of administrative leadership—including vacation and personnel deployment planning—and active participation in laboratory routines. You will act as a mentor and coach, conducting feedback sessions and fostering a positive team spirit while serving as the primary interface between your team and department management.
