Job Summary
As the Head of Electrical Engineering, you will lead a dedicated team specializing in vehicle construction electronics. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the independent planning and organization of projects, ensuring that all offers and orders are processed according to strict quality and deadline requirements. You will be responsible for the design and testing of electrical systems within vehicles, as well as the creation of risk assessments and the implementation of resulting safety measures. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a vital role in personnel development by organizing training sessions and mentoring electronics apprentices. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering
- Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
- Experience in the automotive or construction industry preferred
- Professional experience in creating circuit diagrams and applying technical norms
