Job Summary

In this role, you will lead the digital transformation of the Social Affairs department within a modern public authority. Your primary responsibility involves coordinating the introduction and ongoing support of the 'OK.JUS' specialized software and the implementation of electronic filing systems (E-Akte). You will act as the central interface between department staff, internal IT services, and external software providers. Beyond technical coordination, you will be responsible for training new colleagues, creating instructional materials such as videos and manuals, and serving as a 'Digital Pilot' to optimize digital workflows. Required Skills

Education

  • Professional experience as a trained Administrative Assistant or completion of the Administrative Employee Course I (BL I)
  • Practical experience in the field of Social Affairs is highly desirable
