Job Summary
This role within the Industrial Engineering department focuses on transitioning new products into series production based on established manufacturing and testing concepts. You will be responsible for ensuring that existing production processes run smoothly while continuously identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings. Day-to-day activities include developing and optimizing testing and assembly processes using methodologies like Lean Production and 5S, as well as creating and refining machine programs. You will also analyze equipment failures to implement corrective actions, assist in prototype construction, and maintain technical documentation. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys problem-solving in complex technical environments. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Technology, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification/degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in process optimization and industrial engineering
- Initial experience in creating and optimizing programs for production machinery
- Experience in applying Lean Production, 5S, and FMEA methodologies
- Proven experience in analyzing and resolving technical process failures
- Experience in the assembly and testing of electronic components
