Job Summary
As the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) & Business Continuity Manager at Contargo, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing the group's management systems across Europe. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting approximately 30 locations in implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, developing group-wide process templates, and conducting internal audits. You will ensure certification readiness and guide the organization through external monitoring audits while training employees on norm requirements. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in quality management who enjoys a mix of strategic process development and hands-on site support. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training (ideally with further training as a Business Specialist/Economist) or a university degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of management systems, quality management (QM), or Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Practical experience and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience in conducting audits or managing certification processes is preferred
- Ideally holds a qualification as an Internal Auditor or Management Systems Officer
- Experience in structured, independent working and strong communication skills
