As an Account Manager for Hologic's Breast & Skeletal Health division, you will be responsible for driving the mission of becoming a global leader in women's health across the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg regions. Your day-to-day activities involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets while building and maintaining high-level relationships with medical professionals and key decision-makers. You will act as a market expert, monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights to the management team. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a premium customer experience. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences (e.g., Biology), or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional sales experience within the medical technology or healthcare industry with a proven track record of success
- Extensive knowledge of the medical device market and the German healthcare system
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Professional experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement

- High willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg). Preferred residence in Stuttgart, Ulm, Munich, or Nuremberg. Compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements is mandatory.
