This role is central to the 'Medicine:Digital' program, focusing on the sustainable integration of digital processes and knowledge into daily clinical routines across a hospital network. As a Clinical Knowledge Management & HIS Training Specialist, you will bridge the gap between IT and clinical staff by planning, organizing, and delivering training sessions for the ORBIS Hospital Information System (HIS). Your day-to-day involves developing practice-oriented training concepts for diverse professional groups, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, while creating digital user guides and instructional materials. You will identify training needs and support clinics in adopting new digital workflows. This position is unique because it combines clinical expertise with IT education, offering high flexibility through mobile work and flexible hours. It is an ideal role for a healthcare professional with a passion for digitalization who wants to shape how technology is used in a modern medical environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a university degree in a medical, nursing, or therapeutic field.
Experience
- Professional experience in a clinical, nursing, or therapeutic environment
- Experience with clinical IT systems or a strong interest in their application and development
- Experience in conducting training, workshops, or knowledge transfer formats is preferred
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams across different healthcare professional groups
