Job Summary
As an IT Systems Administrator for the Carinthian State Parliament Office in Klagenfurt, you will play a vital role in supporting parliamentary operations and the Court of Audit through modern technology. Your daily responsibilities include the comprehensive maintenance of IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, clients, and mobile devices. You will serve as the primary contact for First-Level Support, assisting members of parliament and staff with technical issues, while also providing essential training on office systems and electronic file management. Required Skills
Education
Completion of a Higher Technical Institute (HTL) in Informatics, Digitalization, or Information Technology; or alternatively, a completed apprenticeship in Information Technology with a focus on Operating Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems administration and infrastructure maintenance
- Experience in providing technical support and training to end-users
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycles and principles
- Experience working with digital administrative workflows and electronic filing systems
