Job Summary

This role involves working within a biopharmaceutical production environment, specifically focusing on downstream processing for drug manufacturing. As a Chemical Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing production steps controlled by process systems, including the purification of recombinant proteins and the preparation of buffer solutions. A significant portion of the role involves performing in-process controls such as pH, conductivity, and osmolarity measurements, alongside the maintenance of large-scale equipment. You will ensure all activities are documented electronically and manually in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines while working in a cleanroom environment. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in chemical, biotechnological, or process engineering fields.
  • Experience in high-hygiene environments, pharmaceutical production, or food technology manufacturing.
  • Prior experience working within a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
  • Experience with technical processes and IT-supported production systems.
