Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer at SPINNER automation GmbH, you will be a central figure in designing, implementing, and optimizing sophisticated automation solutions within the Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1500/1200). Your daily work involves bridging the gap between PLC logic and C#-based HMI software, ensuring seamless data communication via OPC UA and Profinet. You will take ownership of integrating Fanuc robots into complex manufacturing processes and managing the full project lifecycle—from initial coding to final commissioning at the customer site. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with high-end machinery and robotics in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Technician or an Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in PLC programming using Siemens TIA Portal
- Proven experience with industrial communication protocols such as Profinet and OPC UA
- Practical experience in integrating robotics, specifically Fanuc systems
- Experience in C# programming for HMI or data handling applications
- Professional background in electrical or automation engineering
