As a Facility Manager for Building Technology, you will take on the organizational leadership of assigned properties, serving as the primary point of contact for both employees and clients. Your daily responsibilities include personnel management tasks such as hiring, onboarding, and creating shift schedules, alongside ensuring the technical qualifications of your team. You will handle administrative duties including time tracking, payroll preparation, and budget monitoring, while ensuring high-quality standards in environmental and energy reporting. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with strong communication skills who enjoys a mix of leadership and operational management. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or degree in the field of Building Technology (Gebäudetechnik).

Experience

  • More than 5 years of professional experience in building technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable leadership or management position
  • Experience in budget monitoring and financial reporting (monthly closures, invoicing)
  • Proven track record in personnel leadership and scheduling

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel are required. Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) within the core hours of 07:00 to 16:00.
