As a (Junior) Construction Supervisor, you will balance your time between the office and active construction sites, ensuring that complex projects in control and safety technology or telecommunications are executed according to contract. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable engineering field with a focus on Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical systems, maintenance, or installation (ideally through internships or working student roles)
- Experience in project work or infrastructure construction is preferred
- Proven ability to use digital IT tools for documentation and reporting
- Experience or willingness to work in a shift-based environment including nights and weekends
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required (company car provided). Must pass a medical aptitude test as part of the selection process. Willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts is mandatory. Location: Darmstadt or Mainz, Germany.
