Job Summary
As a Working Student in Lean Management at Liebherr-Werk Ehingen, you will play a key role in supporting the optimization of production processes for a world-leading manufacturer of mobile and crawler cranes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the development of an internal Lean Wiki, creating professional presentations, and designing tools and templates for process improvement. You will also be actively involved in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of continuous improvement workshops and Lean training sessions. This role is ideal for students looking to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges. You will work independently to refine standards and methods within an internationally successful group. Required Skills
Education
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Current enrollment in a university degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
- Initial knowledge or exposure to Lean Management principles is preferred
- Professional experience in creating presentations and information materials
- Experience in independent project work and collaborative team environments
