This role involves leading the migration and implementation of specialized software systems within the Social Welfare department of a local government authority. As a Digital Transformation Coordinator, you will manage the introduction of the OK.JUS software and electronic document management systems (E-Akte). Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact between internal staff and external software providers, ensuring the continuous development of digital processes, and providing technical support to colleagues. A significant portion of the role focuses on training staff through the creation of instructional materials and videos. Required Skills

Education

  • Demonstrated experience with digital processes and software implementation
  • Experience in training or supporting users with technical applications
