As an IT Specialist for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) at DSV, you will serve as the critical interface between technology and logistics operations within the Central Europe region. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating and monitoring warehouse management software through 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring system stability, and managing software updates and manual testing. You will take ownership of intralogistics process optimization, analyzing IT workflows to drive efficiency and leading independent projects from conception to execution. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science (preferably with a focus on Logistics or Change Management) or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development.
Experience
- Professional experience working with IT applications
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level software support and monitoring
- Proven track record in analyzing and optimizing intralogistics processes
- Experience in planning and executing manual software tests and updates
- Experience managing and driving independent IT projects
