Job Summary
As the Digital Applications and Requirements Coordinator, you will serve as the central interface for the digital ecosystem of the BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN party. You will be responsible for coordinating the digital requirements and development cycles between the federal association, regional branches, and external IT partners. Your day-to-day work involves translating complex political and organizational needs into clear technical specifications, such as use cases and process models. You will manage a transparent project portfolio, developing criteria to prioritize digital initiatives based on strategic relevance and resource availability. This role is unique for its position at the intersection of technology, politics, and organizational strategy within a major democratic institution. You will help build standardized project methodologies and define success metrics for digital measures, ensuring the party's infrastructure remains resilient and future-proof. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Digital Management, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the coordination of digital projects or transformation processes
- Proven experience in structured requirements management or business analysis
- Experience with methodologies such as User Stories, process modeling, or portfolio management
- Experience collaborating with external IT service providers
- Practical experience in green committee work and knowledge of party structures
- Experience in federal organizational structures

- The position is based in Berlin and is a fixed-term contract for two years. Applicants must be able to work 39 hours per week (Full Time). Knowledge of specific green party applications (SHERPA, Grünes Netz, Wolke, or the Green App) is desirable but not mandatory.
