Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Agent at BKW Engineering, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within a large network of engineering and architecture firms. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and resolving IT incidents and service requests through phone, the ServiceNow ticketing system, or on-site support. You will perform initial diagnostics for hardware and software issues, manage Windows clients, and handle user account administration and permissions. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy troubleshooting and documenting technical solutions. Required Skills

Education

Experience

Professional experience in IT support or system integration
Experience in handling IT disturbances and service requests via ticketing systems
Practical experience with Windows clients and standard office software
Experience in setting up user accounts and managing permissions
Experience in hardware and mobile device support
