Job Summary

As the Service Manager for Large-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), you will lead the organization and coordination of maintenance and repair operations. You will serve as the central interface between technical departments, operations management, and marketing to ensure seamless workflows. A significant part of this role involves building and leading a new department from the ground up, including managing the workshop, warehouse, hotline, and emergency services. You will be responsible for planning service missions, managing external service providers, and negotiating service contracts with manufacturers. Required Skills
