Job Summary

In this role based in Bremen, you will be responsible for the planning and design of building technical systems, with a primary focus on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Working for a specialized planning office, you will create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit. Your daily tasks include performing technical calculations for system dimensioning and collaborating closely with architects and specialist planners to integrate building services into overall construction projects, including both new builds and renovations. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a long-term perspective through a temporary-to-permanent contract model, allowing you to prove your skills with the clear goal of permanent employment.
