As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a manufacturing team operating within a two-shift system. Your daily activities will revolve around planning and controlling personnel deployment, ensuring a smooth production process, and continuously optimizing production schedules. You will play a critical role in employee development and qualification, while also monitoring equipment availability and maintaining strict safety standards, including fire protection and emergency response coordination. This position is particularly attractive due to its unique 12-hour shift model, which results in working only 15 days per month on average.
